Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
