System Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Digital System Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for writing specifications for both Web and Mobile development teams, working closely with business users to close requirements, and leading the development teams from the design phase through testing and deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Write detailed functional and technical specifications for Web and Mobile development teams.
• Collaborate with business users to gather and close requirements.
• Lead development teams throughout the entire project lifecycle — from specification to testing and production deployment.
• Coordinate integration between systems and ensure technical feasibility.
• Understand and document the customer journey and UX/UI processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in system analysis.
• Experience working with digital systems for Web and Mobile — mandatory.
• Proven experience writing detailed functional and technical specifications, including integration documentation between systems, as well as understanding customer journeys and UX/UI processes — mandatory.
• Strong process-oriented thinking, with the ability to break down project scope into WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), extract MVP (Minimum Viable Product), and break down tasks into high business-value stages — mandatory.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• B2B experience.
• Experience working with development teams is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with databases and the ability to write basic queries (Oracle or SQL Server) — advantage.
• Technical understanding of XML, JSON, and Microservices architecture — advantage.
