Research Assistant

The Israel Implementation Science and Policy Engagement Centre (IS-PEC), under the direction of Prof. Moriah Ellen, is seeking an outstanding and highly motivated candidate to work on several projects examining issues related to implementation science and knowledge transfer and exchange within health systems.

This research assistant will be supporting and assisting with high-quality health systems research and playing a central role in the development of exciting and innovative multidisciplinary initiatives to build research capacity and advance the field of health policy and implementation science research.

The Position

• Conducting qualitative research including assisting in designing interview guides, conducting interviews, and analyzing themes
• Conducting literature reviews including summarizing and synthesizing existing research
• Conducting secondary research including reviewing articles while applying inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracting data, and interpreting findings
• Contributing to the writing of research reports, articles, and visual presentations
• Helping manage IS-PEC social media accounts (X, LinkedIn), with content creation and audience engagement

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a recognized academic institution in health sciences or relevant field - current Master's students are also invited to apply
• Experience with grant or manuscript writing/editing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English)
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
