ITBP Team Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of project managers, overseeing and tracking project progress from initiation to implementation.
• Serve as the interface between the organization and project managers.
• Take personal and professional responsibility for the team's deliverables.
• Understand the business needs of the organization and develop work plans.
• Perform ongoing monitoring and management of business requirements.
• Manage demands, requirements, and changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering and Management is a significant advantage).
• At least 3 years of experience managing a team of project managers on the client side.
• Experience in building automated business processes and writing business requirements.
• Familiarity with information systems, specifications, and technological orientation.
• Strong direct and matrix management skills, assertiveness, initiative, and high service awareness.
