Business Analyst Professional Lead

As part of our growth, Personetics is searching for a talented and experience Business Anlayst Professional Lead to join our successful Enrichment Rereach Lab team within our Product Department. This position will be instrumental in defining product requirements, supporting the development of new models and establishing processes that will drive the Enrichment area forward. Furthermore, this position involves cross-functional collaboration with various business and technology units, making it a high-impact role with opportunities to contribute at both strategic and operational levels.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the development of Enrichment solutions – by translating high level requirements from product teams into actionable plans and over-seeing the end-to-end enrichment solution.
• Shaping and maintaining the Enrichment roadmap, making sure it aligns with product objectives and evolving market needs.
• Driving quality assurance and performance metrics, while insuring robust tracking of KPI’s.
• Collaborating with AI and Data Science teams to support our Model Development.
• Partnering with R&D teams to create effective enrichment packages, which deliver high-value data points and entities, while supporting analytical model building.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Excellent strong analytical skills – ideally from working as a data analyst or in a similar analytical/problem-solving role.
• High attention to detail within a fast paced environment.
• A Passion for Data and Innovation - A creative thinker who is excited about data and its potential to drive impactful business insights.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Advanced skills in Excel, technical data tools, and ideally familiarity with Python and SQL for data analysis.
• Fluency in English.
• A team player.
