Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the user experience for our web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life, ensuring our products are functional, accessible, and delightful to use.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs and behavior.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Design Development: Develop visually compelling and user-friendly UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Usability Testing: Test designs for usability, gather feedback, and iterate based on findings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Design Systems: Maintain and update design systems, style guides, and component libraries.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and responsive design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
