We are looking for

We are looking for a Bookkeeper with solid professional background to join its corporate finance team, reporting to the Senior Controller.

Qualification:

• Management and accounting of vendor invoices in Israel and /or abroad
• Preparation of monthly payments to vendors in Israel and/ or abroad
• Manage the purchase process, budgetary units, etc.
• Responsibility for journal entries related to vendors
• Conduct reconciliation of the company's bank accounts and credit card monitoring
• Israeli tax authorities reporting, VAT reporting (domestic and international)
• Travel expense reporting
• Recording I/C transactions
• Petty cash management
• Responsibility for purchase, expenditures and payments internal controls (SOX)
• Other ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum Bookkeeper type 2 certification
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant bookkeeping experience
• Experience with Priority system- a must
• Experience as a payroll controller- an advantage
• Experience in a high-tech company – an advantage
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to details
• Consistently meet deadlines and exhibit exceptional time management
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and reliability, while collaborating effectively in team settings
• Strong Excel skills
• Good knowledge of English, both verbal and in writing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
