Medical Manager - Hemato-Oncology

To provide scientific and clinical support and expertise to drive the Israeli business. Reporting to TA Head.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide scientific and medical support to the Brand Team.

Support and advise Marketing Department in the preparation of promotional and training material.

Provide support, advise and training to the sales force and other departments as necessary.

Establish, develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key external stakeholders including KOLs in the assigned therapeutic areas. 

Engage with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to gather insights and build relationships.

Participate in scientific conferences and meetings related to the therapeutic area. 

Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, relevant therapeutic areas. 

Prepare for the launch of new products including preparation of the relevant sections in the file submission to MOH (clinical background, scientific rational, summary of supporting data, local clinical experience).

Support clinical trials and investigator-initiated studies.

Qualifications:

Medically qualified MD, PhD, DVM, or Pharm D. 

At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on hematology/oncology and/or immunology.

Proven experience in at least 2 out of 3 areas: Reimbursement submissions (to national health basket), Product launches and pre-launch activities, Clinical trial management Phases 1-3/Phase 4.

Strategic partnerships and value creation for healthcare professionals.

Strong scientific background specifically in oncology, hematology, immunology or related fields.

Successful track record in matrix management and excellent teamwork skills.

Deep understanding of hemato-oncology therapeutic area and current treatment landscapes.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Fluency in English is essential.

Strong analytical skills (experience with BI and/or AI is a plus).
