Automation Tech. Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Automation Tech Lead to join our team.

Who you are:

• You are a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering graduate with a focus on (wireless) communication
• If not B.Sc in EE, you do have experience in complex communication or multidisciplinary systems engineering (tests, troubleshooting)
• RF, RSRP, SNR, dB and dBm is not Chinese for you
• You are passionate to deep dive to new engineering topics and feel comfortable with a constantly changing environment
• You are an independent and fast learner
  
  

• Lead 4G/5G end-to-end CI and automation activities
• Define, write and automate 4G/5G test cases
  
  

• Experience in operating, analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
• Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems and networking (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, network topologies)
• Experience in one or more of the following: Python, pytest and shell scripting
• A systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with a sense of ownership and drive
• Effectively communicates in a dynamic and fast-paced team
• Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English
• Experience in CICD/Automation - big advantage
• Experience in operating K8s-based and cloud-native deployments – big advantage
• Knowledge in cellular networks – big advantage
