Senior Product Manager

Moonshot Marketing is a global leader in the ad-tech industry, that connects between online consumers world-wide in multiple industries and the vendors who’s product best suits their requirements, using our proprietary AI.

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead and grow our powerful CMS product. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product strategy and the product roadmap while collaborating with engineering and marketing teams to deliver high-impact solutions that exceed customer expectations. You will leverage your expertise to run competitor analysis, gather customer insights and drive product development from concept to launch.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Proven experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams, overcoming challenges, and fostering a collaborative working atmosphere that allows the development of high-quality solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex technological systems with multiple integration points while prioritizing features based on the optimal business impact.
• User-centric mindset with a passion for engaging with users, understanding their needs, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Strong analytical skills and research background with the ability to synthesize data and drive insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Developing and communicating product strategy that aligns with Moonshot's objective to relevant stakeholders.
• Work hand in hand with the backend team lead on delivering product features on time and within budget.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product direction and identify new opportunities.
• Gather and prioritize inbound customer requirements through interviews, surveys, and feedback sessions.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.
• Perform peer review with your colleagues and help foster a culture of improvement.
• Construct detailed product requirement documents, including developer-oriented specifications.
  
  

• Experience with content management systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Familiarity with web technologies / SaaS products.
• Familiarity with the implementation of GenAI technologies.
