TechOps specialist

Join our acclaimed TechOps team! We are looking for a TechOps specialist for a full-time position. In this role, you will focus on maximizing the availability, reliability, and performance of the bank’s most critical systems with 24x7x365 coverage. As a member of the production department, you will play a pivotal role in managing the environment and collaborating with R&D, product, QA, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 24x7x365 monitoring of all production systems, services, and infrastructure, proactively ensuring the reliability and availability of the environment.
• Manage all production incidents from initial detection to final resolution, including root cause analysis.
• Work closely with R&D, QA, and other operational and development teams to ensure effective management and prioritization of incidents.
• Help expand the observability of production systems to improve their reliability.
• Utilize a forward-thinking approach to identify and address recurring issues with sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to our knowledge base by writing technical and business articles.
  
  

• Demonstrated experience in managing incidents under pressure with multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• At least 1 year of experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and controlling a production environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork
• Clear, effective written and oral communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  
  

• Experience with Dynatrace is a significant advantage.
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Experience with JIRA
