Facilities and Maintenance Manager

Facilities and maintenance management is part of Mobileye operations division, providing corporate services in Jerusalem campus.

What your job will look like:

• Ensure business continuity of Mobileye campus and with maximum efficiency.
• Daily full time, five days a week onsite work. 24/7 responsibility on site as first point of contact.
• Manage building maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
• Build yearly plans of all maintenance and projects plans and execution.
• Manage employees and contractors and service providers for the site.
• Work directly with stakeholders to provide the required services.
• Execution of preventive maintenance plan to ensure that building systems operate efficiently.
• Professional development of technicians and teams leaders.
• Negotiate contracts with service providers and vendors.
• Prepare and track facility budget (monitor expenses and initiate corrective actions).
• Coordination of maintenance works with relevant parties, both external and internal.
  
  

• At least 10 years' experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with planning maintenance operations.
• At least 5 years' experience in managing teams, leading and moving teams to meet goals.
• Proven experience in managing budgets and building work plans.
• Prior experience in working with diverse interfaces and/or work in a global organization.
• Service oriented and positive and active approach.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field – advantage.
