Real Estate Analyst

A Leading Financial Organization is looking for a Real Estate Analyst.

The real estate sector within the business division handles credit and support for some of the largest construction projects in the country. The role of the analyst involves in-depth risk analysis in the business relationships with sector clients and evaluating their credit transactions to assist in decision-making processes within the business division.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze new credit requests and significant changes to existing terms.

Assess funding requests for residential, commercial, and employment-related projects.

Conduct periodic client ratings and risk reviews.

Prepare comprehensive reports on the real estate sector.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration (Master's degree is an advantage).

At least 3 years of experience in credit analysis, financial statement analysis, and real estate credit transactions, including reading zero reports and valuation.

High proficiency in English.

Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
