We’re looking for highly committed, proactive, organized, and versatile people to streamline our internal functions, support executive needs, and drive critical strategic initiatives.

Role Summary:

You will oversee MiMesis’s daily operations, support executive leadership, and contribute to product development, market research, and strategic growth initiatives. This hands-on role requires high-level English proficiency and a knack for managing resources efficiently. You will learn a lot; we are willing and ready to mentor and teach you. We expect the highest quality in product and personal relationships from every team member on our board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive Support: Provide comprehensive executive support, including preparing meeting materials and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Patent Drafting and Filing: Active in patent and provisional drafting and submission processes.
• Operational Management: Handle company-wide operational tasks, including managing subscriptions, tools, and user access across various platforms.
• Assist in Recruitment: Assist in recruitment efforts.
• .Market Research & Product Development: Conduct in-depth market researchת competitor analysis and collaborate with teams on product development processes, contributing to tasks related to early-stage POCs and demos. 
• AI Tool Utilization: Leverage various AI tools to optimize workflows and increase efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison across various departments to ensure alignment and support critical operational functions.

Qualifications:

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken - A must
• Experience in operations-related tasks, ideally within a startup or dynamic environment - A must
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience with AI tools and technologies - Advantage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
