**Position Overview:**

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a motivated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to become a vital part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will:

- Deliver exceptional end-user support in a Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring seamless operations.

- Operate and enhance our cybersecurity defense framework for clients, proactively monitoring and responding to incidents.

- Engage with advanced communication and network systems, tackling configuration and maintenance challenges.

- Collaborate closely with our SOC (Security Operations Center) to manage and pinpoint security threats effectively.

**What We’re Looking For:**

- Proven experience in technical support, particularly within a Microsoft 365 environment.

- Relevant experience with communication and network systems that will contribute to your success.

- Prior training in cybersecurity is a must, as we value your expertise and knowledge.

- A solid understanding of cybersecurity protocols and practices.

- A collaborative spirit with strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
