Role Description

We are seeking a Research Coordinator/Assistant for a full-time role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. This role involves designing and executing cutting-edge studies, advancing the use of generative AI for behavioral and physical genetic insights, and creating long-term strategies for participant engagement and research excellence. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating research projects, managing grants, analyzing data, and contributing to laboratory work. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage research projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives. Work alongside Research Head and company's management.
• Handle grant applications, reporting, and compliance. Apply and manage access to public data centers and biobanks.
• Strategize and oversee participant recruitment for longitudinal and cross-sectional studies. Analyze research data and present findings effectively.
• Conduct laboratory experiments and assist in research protocols, co-author findings and papers.
• Manage and organize datasets, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with team members and external partners to achieve project goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Genetics, or a related field.
• Experience in research coordination, laboratory work, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in grant writing and reporting.

Preferred Qualification

Familiarity with behavioral or genetics research methodologies.
