A performance marketing company is looking for an innovative and strategic Head of Creative to lead and elevate all aspects of the company's creative services, from motion and graphic design to UGC, production, and copywriting. This role is perfect for a visionary leader who can blend artistic direction with strategic business goals, ensuring that each piece of content we produce resonates deeply with the company's clients and their audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Leadership: Direct and inspire a team of talented designers, copywriters, and production specialists, ensuring high-quality output that meets both brand standards and client expectations.
- Leading and Managing all Creative Aspects: managing motion designers, copywriters, graphic designers, project managers and more (employees and freelancers as well).
- Strategic Direction: Develop and oversee the creative strategy, aligning it with client needs, campaign goals, and broader business objectives.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and objectives, ensuring our creative work aligns with their brand identity and marketing goals.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging formats, and best practices, ensuring that the company's creative offerings remain cutting-edge and impactful.
- Project Management: Manage creative workflows, timelines, and budgets across multiple projects, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, account management, and data teams to ensure cohesive and optimized campaign strategies.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior creative role, ideally within a performance marketing or digital agency.
- English level- High level of English proficiency is required, both written and spoken (Native English speakers- huge advantage!)
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a track record of inspiring and managing high-performing creative teams.
- Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to present concepts and work closely with clients to achieve shared goals.
- Experience in multiple areas of creative content production (e.g., motion design, graphic design, video production, copywriting).
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- A high level of ambition, creative energy, and passion for brand storytelling.
