We focus on automating and optimizing mobile device diagnostics, repair, and trade-in processes. Partnering with major telecom operators and retailers globally, MCE enhances efficiency and customer satisfaction with tech-driven solutions.

How you’ll spend your day:

• Reporting: Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes of the financial statements (US Gaap); Managing the audit process and the relationship with the external auditors of the company; Preparing and managing tax filings in Israel.
• Budgeting: Lead the development and execution of the annual budgeting process, including reporting of the monthly Budget Vs. Actual (BvA) process.
• Forecasting: Prepare financial forecasts and variance analysis to inform strategic decisions and support long-term financial planning and scenario analysis.
• Salary Process: Overseeing the payroll process in Israel.
• Treasury Management: Oversee cash flow planning and ensure funds availability; Lead the relationship of the company with the Banks and other banking institutions; Monitor and manage the organization’s financial risks, including foreign exchange and interest rate risks.
• Business Parter: Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management; Collaborate with department heads to understand their financial needs and provide financial support; Present financial results and forecasts to the board of directors and senior leadership team.
• Finance Operations: Build strong relationships across functions within the company, work closely with various functions (R&D, Legal, Procurement, Sales, etc.) in various operations situations that require your assistance; Manage the vendor payments cycle of the company and collections efforts; Overseeing the company’s equity.

This position involves managing two employees: a Finance Manager in North America and an Accounting and Payroll Manager in Israel.

Your experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Minimum 4-5 years of financial experience (Big4 Firm and/or High-tech Company)
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization (including Executives) and with staff at remote locations
• Excellent English – written and verbal
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
• Versatile profile with hands-on ability as well as strategic thinker with ability to step back and assess the big picture
• Proactive approach to stakeholder management with the ability to influence at all levels within an organization, including members of the executive leadership team
