About the Role

Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for data centers and high-tech infrastructure? We’re looking for a Data Center Sales Manager to drive our growth and develop new client relationships in both the Israeli and international high-tech sectors. In this role, you’ll create and implement effective sales strategies, identify market trends, and develop tailored solutions for clients who need advanced hosting infrastructure, cloud, AI, and high-performance computing (HPC) capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Sales Strategies: Identify and act on market trends and client needs in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
• Build Strong Client Relationships: Cultivate lasting relationships with potential and current clients, ensuring high satisfaction and a long-term network.
• Customized Proposals: Understand client requirements to create tailored infrastructure solutions and manage them throughout the sales and post-occupancy phases.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with engineering, projects, and operations teams to ensure solutions align with client needs.
• Leverage Cutting-Edge Solutions: Showcase and apply innovative technologies, including HPC and cloud platforms, to meet unique client needs.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while expanding the client base.
• Manage Partners: Oversee both direct and indirect sales partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of proven sales management experience
• Significant advantage for experience in data center sales
• Deep knowledge of the Israeli and global high-tech markets
• Strong technical knowledge in data center systems, cloud, HPC, and cooling solutions
• Sales ability for data center infrastructure and hosting solutions tailored to various sectors and large corporations
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving
• Academic degree and high-level professional English proficiency
