We are altshare, a fintech company based in Tel Aviv District, Israel, providing equity management solutions through a SaaS platform. Since 2006, we have been simplifying equity management for over 3,000 companies, 100 venture capital firms, and 80,000+ beneficiaries worldwide. Our focus on digitization and automation allows us to offer accurate and efficient solutions across various industries, including automated cap table management, company valuations, funding scenarios, and more.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller located in Tel Aviv. The Controller will be responsible to provide periodical management reporting packages and analysis as needed internally and externally to our investors, auditors, etc. The Controller will also assist to develop and implement efficient financial processes to optimize the team's activities. 

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a high-tech (SAAS) organization.
• Experience in managing teams - an advantage
• Detail-oriented with superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong English skills, written and verbal
• CPA with a Big4 experience - Must
• Strong knowledge and experience in US-GAAP
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of independence and self-examination
• Working knowledge of Priority and NetSuite is an advantage
