SVP Operations

A company on a mission to help people become the best version of themselves is seeking a seasoned Senior Vice President of Operations to join its leadership team.

As a well-funded consumer-focused digital health startup, they're building a driven, high-growth organization powered by amazing talent and innovative technology.

This critical role will oversee operational infrastructure, ensure seamless business operations, and drive cross-functional alignment to accelerate growth and customer success.

As the SVP Operations, you will act as the "Minister of the Interior," complementing the CEO's external focus. You will be instrumental in scaling the business by optimizing internal processes, ensuring effective execution across teams, and delivering measurable results aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence:
• Develop and maintain the company’s operational infrastructure, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.
• Oversee data management, business operations, sales, and customer success functions.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure roadmaps and KPIs are met effectively.
• Business Strategy:
• Lead strategic planning initiatives, with a focus on P&L management and revenue-driven decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability across the organization.
• Produce and analyze reports to inform strategic decisions and drive performance improvements.
• Leadership & Collaboration:
• Act as a cross-functional leader, ensuring all teams are aligned with the company’s goals and vision.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop strategies for scaling operations and enhancing customer success.
  

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role with a strong business mindset.
• Track record of leading operational functions with a focus on data-driven decision-making and revenue growth.
• Expertise in P&L management, business operations, and driving key performance metrics.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in scaling a revenue-driven function is a significant advantage.
