Mechanical Engineering Specialist

Role Overview:

As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll take ownership of the mechanical design process from concept to production. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure that our products meet performance, reliability, and manufacturing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems, ensuring functionality, performance, and manufacturability.
• Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software.
• Conduct simulations and analyses to optimize designs for strength, durability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with electrical and software engineers to integrate mechanical solutions into broader system designs.
• Prototype, test, and refine designs to meet product requirements.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure seamless production and assembly processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and development efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in mechanical design and development, preferably in a startup or innovative environment.
• Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar).
• Experience with prototyping, testing, and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of materials and their applications in design and production.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
