Information Technology Engineer

SolarGik is looking for an IT Engineer, to be responsible for all company IT aspects. The ideal candidate will have sufficient background in managing IT infrastructure, networking, and helpdesk.

What will YOU do?

• Lead IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Support over 120 employees with helpdesk issues- video conference calls, wi-fi connections, software installation, account management –onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of the organization's IT infrastructure, in the office and in the company’s projects.
• Be responsible for IT equipment- manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality service.
• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to make recommendations for IT improvements.

What will YOU bring with you?

• Experience in configuring and supporting office software applications (e.g., email, productivity tools, collaboration platforms).
• Proven experience of on-hands and managing office IT infrastructure, including network, servers, and workstations.
• Strong knowledge of IT security practices and protocols.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues in both office and industrial settings.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English level.

Advantages:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or relevant industry certifications.
• Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in industrial settings.
• Proven experience in working in multi-os environments (Windows, Linux, Mac).
