About the team

What you’ll be doin

• g:Lead and grow a team of backend developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to effectively achieve our goal
• s.Set technical direction and best practices for the team, ensuring high-quality code, system architecture, and adherence to development standard
• s.Take a hands-on approach, actively participating in the full development lifecycle, including design reviews, detailed design, and code review
• s.Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and optimization of features in production, ensuring system stability and performanc
• e.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data science team, frontend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps, to ensure seamless integration and successful project outcom
