**Key Responsibilities:**

- **IT Operations Management:**

- Oversee daily IT operations for stability, security, and performance.

- Proactively monitor systems to address potential issues.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies.

- **Team Leadership:**

- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team.

- Set clear goals and conduct performance evaluations.

- **System and Infrastructure Management:**

- Manage and optimize networks, servers, and data storage.

- Implement and test backup and disaster recovery plans.

- Oversee hardware and software installations and upgrades.

- **Technology Strategy:**

- Align IT strategy with business objectives.

- Identify and implement solutions for efficiency and scalability.

- Manage the IT budget effectively.

- **Vendor and Stakeholder Management:**

- Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.

- Negotiate contracts and ensure adherence to SLAs.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet technology needs.

**Qualifications:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced certifications are a plus.

- **Experience:** Minimum **5 years** in IT management, preferably in fintech or a regulated industry.

- **Technical Skills:**

- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office 365** (Azure AD, Intune, Autopilot, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).

- Experience with **FortiGate firewalls** and network management.

- Knowledge of **VoIP systems** and **CRM platforms** (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

- Strong skills in **Windows Enterprise** administration and **PowerShell** scripting.

- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems like **Monday.com**, **ServiceNow**, **Jira**, or **Zendesk**.

- **Personal Attributes:**

- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
