Full Stack Team Lead

About The Position

Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, traces, and security events with features like APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, and more—enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability costs by up to 70%.

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Team Lead to guide a talented team in building and evolving our platform’s core features.

• Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Take ownership of end-to-end development of our products and features, from design and scalability to production.
• Solve complex, high-scale problems and drive architectural decisions to ensure performance and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to define priorities and enhance product quality.
• Promote a culture of technical excellence through code reviews, mentorship, and team-building initiatives.
  
  

• 6+ years of development experience.
• Previous experience in a managerial role or leading a technical team.
• Strong expertise with Angular 2+
• Proven experience with NodeJS.
• Experience with large-scale SaaS production services.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Working experience with CI/CD workflows and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Preferred Requirements:
• Knowledge of K8S, Kafka, and Elasticsearch.
