Salesforce Solution Architect

Role Description:

- Design and architect technology solutions tailored to meet the business needs of a growing organization in the financial sector.

- Manage cross-organizational processes within Salesforce and provide solutions for business challenges.

- Lead solution workshops with clients, offering creative thinking and the ability to analyze and propose tailored solutions within the system's capabilities.

- Handle integrations, implement processes, solve complex problems, and define technical solutions using a holistic and systematic approach, adhering to best practices.

- Lead the specification, implementation, and integration of Salesforce in cross-system technological projects, such as open banking, applications, digital underwriting, and interfaces.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect with a minimum of 5 years in Salesforce implementation, deployment, and requirements definition.

- Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including customizing solutions, data modeling, and integrations.

- Experience in Salesforce integrations, including REST and SOAP API interfaces.

- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Familiarity with Salesforce Community Cloud and Marketing Cloud is a plus.

- Salesforce Architect certification is a significant advantage.

- Experience in project management and implementing broad Salesforce processes.

- Good command of English.
