Lead the WW Service Parts reverse supply chain process improvements

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibility for defining and implementing the reverse supply chain process
• Manage E2E special returns request process
• Leading Cross-functional projects for reverse SC improvements and optimizations
• Mange interface with various functions (R&D, WWRC, Repair supplier & Suppliers)
• Defines and reviews reverse SC performance metrics regularly & identifies opportunities for improvement
• Create data solutions to improve and automate the repair processes
  
  

• B.SC in Industrial engineering
• 2+ years of experience in materials management, logistics, or supply chain
• Communicate effectively in cross-functional and multi-cultural environments
• Strong Analytical skills, logical capabilities, problem-solving, and out-of-the-box thinking
• Good presentation skills
• Project management experience - multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize
• Proactive approach, innovative, open-minded, collaborative, and a team player
• Multi-tasking and self-learning capabilities
• BI-data analysis abilities – Advantage
