What will you do in SuperPlay?:

• Lead the 3D aspect of our games, ensuring high-quality, stylistically consistent visuals that exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with the Art Director to maintain a unified, high-quality visual style that aligns with SuperPlay's unique aesthetic.
• Produce a range of game assets, props, and environments, including high-quality stylized models and textures, integrated directly into the game.
• Visualize and prototype new features alongside the team to support game development and feature exploration.
• Work with the 2D team to create beautiful 3D compositions.
• Provide creative and technical guidance and actively motivate and support the team in discussions, critiques, and reviews.
• Engage in technical and aesthetic problem-solving, and develop best practices to ensure workflow consistency.
• Create and manage a reliable, transparent schedule that coordinates with the production team to deliver on time and to SuperPlay's quality standards.
• Ensure timely completion of assets, always meeting the desired quality bar.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Design, Animation, Tech Art) to ensure seamless integration and realization of 3D assets.
  
  

• Extensive experience in 3D modeling within the gaming industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing stylized 3D assets and environments.
• Proven expertise in hard-surface modeling, character modeling, UV unwrapping, texturing, shading, and rendering.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools, especially Maya, Adobe Photoshop, and Substance Painter.
• Strong knowledge of casual and mobile game aesthetics, with experience optimizing assets for mobile platforms.
• Goal-oriented team player with a track record of meeting deadlines and milestones.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive projects forward and find creative solutions to challenges.
• Leadership skills with experience in organizing, mentoring, and motivating teams, while balancing hands-on production work.
• Resourceful and adaptable to dynamic situations, with a strong focus on maintaining SuperPlay’s quality standards.
• Up-to-date on the latest industry trends and able to apply them creatively to SuperPlay’s projects.
