Role Description

This is a full-time remote Chief Technology Officer role (Co-Founder). As the CTO, you will be responsible for leading the technology strategy, the development of the company's advanced products, overseeing the technical team, and driving innovation. You will collaborate with other executives to align technology with business goals and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Electronics Engineer with knowledge in Power Electronics.
• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
• Excellent understanding of technology trends and innovations
• Experience in managing and mentoring technical teams
• Ability to align technology initiatives with business goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven hands-on experience in the various aspects in development of DC to DC converters (preferable).
