Production & Development Coordinator

We’re seeking an organized, proactive Production & Development Coordinator to support our daily operations in Tel Aviv. This role is essential to ensuring our production process runs smoothly, maintaining relationships with partner stores, and assisting in the development of upcoming collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily production tasks to ensure quality and timelines are met.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for stores and retail partners, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
• Collaborate closely with our team to assist in the development of new collections, from concept to production.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure materials and components meet Vautrait’s quality standards.
• Assist in organizing and tracking inventory, ensuring an efficient and smooth flow of products.
• Support with administrative tasks as needed, contributing to an organized, seamless workflow.

Requirements:

• Experience in fashion production, supply chain management, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in both face-to-face and remote environments.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a flexible, adaptive approach.
