Head of Search Arbitrage

Job Description:

A leading ad-tech company, is hiring a Head of Search Arbitrage to elevate and expand our established search operations. This role requires a strategic leader to optimize our current infrastructure, manage the team, and provide direction to develop our search arbitrage and media buying further.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the search domain within the company, driving strategic growth and development.

• Take ownership of search arbitrage strategies, ensuring optimization and performance elevation.

• Oversee media buying activities and identify new expansion opportunities.

• Conduct detailed performance analysis to refine strategies and maximize outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience managing teams and projects, with demonstrated leadership in search arbitrage and media buying.

• Expertise in search buying, operational oversight, and vertical understanding.

• Strong strategic vision, analytical skills, and hands-on approach.

• Ability to handle complex tasks independently and creatively.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to drive initiatives forward.

Full-time position in Tel Aviv with flexible hours.
