Inventory Control & Logistic Specialist

The Inventory Control Specialist oversees and optimizes the organization's inventory management processes in European warehouses. This role involves tracking, analyzing, and managing stock levels to ensure efficient operations and minimize costs.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Inventory control, management of inventory levels and orders between warehouses
• Planning and carrying out processes of ordering goods from a factory to warehouses in Europe
• Follow-up after delivery of goods from the company's factory and subcontractors to warehouses and distribution to the customer
• Manage orders and deliveries from warehouses to the customer distribution centers.
• Monitor suppliers’ performance and negotiate favorable terms with logistics service providers (3PL).
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues.

Qualifications:

• Relevant academic education - a significant advantage
• 1-3 years of experience in inventory control, logistics controller, or a similar role
• Excellent mastery of Excel, familiarity with ERP systems ( Priority- advantage ), and orientation to work with information systems.
• Ability to work independently and work with interfaces.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Languages ​​: English, other European languages ​​- an advantage
