Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Business Development at Bat-Ads. The Director will be responsible for new business development, business planning, lead generation, contract negotiation, and account management on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Business Planning skills
• Contract Negotiation and Account Management experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and market trends for strategic decision-making
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth and building successful partnerships
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the digital advertising industry is a plus
