Particle is a fast-growing global ecommerce brand and a leader in the men's personal care category.
The Creative Producer is responsible for managing the entire production process for TV, digital content, and stills footage. This includes overseeing pre-production, production, and post-production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the creative vision. The role also involves working closely with the Head of Creative/VP Creative, building a network of collaborators, and handling casting for new models and actors.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Management: Oversee all aspects of TV, digital, and stills footage production, ensuring seamless execution across pre-production, production, and post-production stages.
- Collaboration with Head of Creative: Work closely with the Head of Creative to align on the creative direction of each project, ensuring that the final product meets the brand’s strategic goals and vision.
- Team Coordination: Manage and collaborate with freelance Production Coordinators, Dressers, Makeup Artists, Video Team (lighting, camera, grip), Talent, Directors, and other team members to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery.
- Casting: Lead the casting process for new models, actors, and other talent, ensuring that selected individuals align with the brand’s vision, image, and campaign requirements.
- Post-Production Management: Oversee the post-production process, including editing, sound design, and final delivery. Ensure all footage is edited to meet the required creative standards and deadlines.
- Budgeting & Scheduling: Manage production budgets, track expenses, and adhere to the production schedule. Coordinate with internal and external teams to stay within allocated budgets and timelines.
- External Collaborations: For future projects, build and maintain a network of external collaborators, including Sound Designers, agencies, editors, and other production professionals.
- Logistics & Coordination: Ensure all logistical details are accounted for, including location scouting, talent coordination, equipment rentals, and additional production needs.
- Quality Control: Oversee the creative quality of all content, ensuring consistency with the brand's image and high production values across all media.
- Problem-Solving: Address challenges during production, such as technical issues or scheduling conflicts, to ensure projects continue on track and within scope.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Creative Producer or similar role in TV, digital content, and stills production.
- Strong experience in managing the post-production process, including editing, sound design, and final delivery.
- Experience in casting for models, actors, and other talent for various projects.
- Expertise in budgeting and scheduling for production projects.
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership, including the Head of Creative, to execute creative visions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships and ensure collaboration across teams.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to challenges during production.
- Knowledge of production tools, software, and industry best practices.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the brand's creative standards.
