Responsibilities:

• Managing and maintaining buildings services and grounds
• Responsible for overseeing and directing the activities of staff on site
• Managing Client relationships effectively & efficiently
• Space management
• Arranging for all important inspections, approvals and licenses
• Maintaining safety and EHS Compliance
• Developing and administering the policies of the facility
• Preparing, maintaining, and submitting reports and records to the Client and IFM team
• Participating in hiring new staff members
• Implementing strong financial management practices.
• Attending staff conferences and trainings.
  
  

• Minimum 5-7 years' experience in HVAC systems with specific knowledge of air treatment units
• Background in facilities management HVAC, Fire Protection, Life Safety System etc.
• Previous experience of managing people and vendors preferable.
• IT Skills – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc..
• Strong administration, organizational, documentation and analytical skills
• Excellent Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work within a team
• Meticulous attention to detail
