Bookkeeper

We are a growing hi-tech company located in Ramat Gan, looking for a bookkeeper to join the finance department.

About the Role:

• Handle accounts payable for local/foreign vendors and credit card reconciliations.
• Manage bank accounts with daily/monthly reconciliations and controls.
• Record daily financial transactions, including closing entries and cut-offs.
• Conduct monthly account reconciliations and intercompany transactions.
• Process employee travel reimbursements and support monthly closing.
• Oversee financial data across company platforms, ensuring accuracy.
• Assist customers and internal teams with invoicing, refunds, and adjustments.
• Generate reports on key business activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified bookkeeper with 3+ years of experience (hi-tech background is a plus).
• Strong Excel skills and Priority ERP experience (required).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive team player with a service-oriented mindset.
