A leading tech company specializing in multi-channel messaging systems is looking for a talented Support Team Leader to join our growing team!

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage technical knowledge for the support team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Investigate issues and provide professional, technical solutions to our clients.
• Collaborate closely with the development team for seamless problem resolution.
• Provide technical support to the sales team during pre-sales processes.
• Oversee daily operations of the support team, including handling escalation calls.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Support/Service Team Leader (minimum 2 years).
• Strong interpersonal skills: charisma, professionalism, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• High proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong technical orientation with hands-on experience in:
• HTTP Post, HTTP Get
• XML, Web Services, Rest API, JSON
• Basic SQL (simple queries)
• Experience in supporting large-scale tech organizations.
• Background in communication or software fields – a significant advantage.
