Who are we looking for?
We seek a technical-orientated, out-of-the-box thinking Implementation Engineer to join our Professional Services group.
What will you be doing?
- Design and execute the technical implementation of clients' catalogs.
- Customize client configuration to meet business needs and KPIs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolution to the Syte Support Team.
- Work closely with and advise our Professional Services Engineers regarding catalog implementation solutions.
- Take an active role in improving and optimizing Syte’s AI model to meet client needs.
- Up to 2 years in implementation/configuration/technical support roles
- Technical background or related degree (C.S, Engineering)
- Fluent English - verbal and written
- Basic scripting and coding skills - Advantage
- Familiarity with Excel, SQL - Advantage
