Program & Automation Manager

Global-e’s Professional Services Department is looking for a Program & Automation Manager.

This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing automated solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

Optimize/Improve Processes:

• Design and implement Jira automation rules to streamline workflows for multiple teams and project types
• Manage the lifecycle of automation projects
• Analyze processes within the PS team and make recommendations for improvements to reduce manual work
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jira workflows
• Integrate Jira with other tools, applications and systems to enhance automation capabilities
  
  

• Proactively provide hands-on assistance and guidance to PS team members
• Build and maintain knowledge base, documenting best practices, frequently asked questions, enrich team trainings
• Ensure all changes are well-documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders
  
  

• At least 2-3 years of Project management experience or in a similar role
• Proficiency with project management software and customer relationship systems (Jira, Asana, Trello, HubSpot, Confluence, etc’) - Must
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineer/Information Technology, or a related field - preferred
• Proven experience in process management and automation - Must
• Resourceful and innovative thinker with the ability to solve problems and execute tasks in a fast-growing and dynamic company, with a strong sense of accountability and adaptability
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills
• Independently manage and prioritize task assignments
• Team player with a passion for continuous improvement
