We are building a personalized AI-based robot you can mentor

Mentee's goal is to fully integrate robotics, sensing, and AI into a humanoid robot with human-like dexterity and perception, and sufficient reasoning capabilities to execute a diverse array of tasks and continuously adapt and learn new ones. As part of the AI cycle, large language models (LLMs) are tightly integrated translating natural language commands into internal action models that are grounded in a 3D cognitive map of the world.

What You Will Do

• Guide and mentor a team of full-stack developers in building scalable, high-quality products that drive research and development for our AI-powered robot platform.
• Develop Key Products: Create both internal and external products for operating the robot, including analyzing, debugging, monitoring, and debriefing our systems.
• Handle big data streams from various sensors both in real-time and offline and enable full visibility.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to increase research and development velocity.

Who You Are

• B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Demonstrated excellence (e.g., elite unit background, academic distinctions, upward career trajectory).
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining robust software platforms, with experience in full stack application development.
• Experience with Python, React, Node.js, or other relevant technologies is a must.
• Experience in building cloud-based microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience in data visualization and analytics tools such as ELK stack, is a plus
• Industry-grade experience of designing and developing highly scalable and complex cloud-based systems.
