We’re looking for an experienced leader to join our Revenue Analytics team. Our ideal candidate is an expert in marketing analytics, passionate about championing a data-driven approach to drive revenue growth effectively and efficiently, and can inspire, challenge, and grow our team.
In this role, you’ll manage a group of high-performance data analysts, responsible for defining and executing Lemonade’s Revenue department data and analytics strategy.
In this role you’ll:
- Be a key player on the revenue leadership team, developing and executing the data analytics vision, evolve our acquisition strategy to achieve profitable growth across different geographies and distribution channels
- Lead and mentor a team of talented data analysts to provide data driven and actionable insights
- Manage and improve processes to balance between long-term, high-effort strategic projects and short-term, quick wins
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing analytics, partner with data science team to continue improving our cutting edge internal measurement and experimentation toolkit
- Work cross-functionally with data platform, product and engineering teams to build and maintain top-tier revenue data infrastructure for accurate and timely reporting and sophisticated analysis
What you’ll need:
- 7+ years of experience in a marketing/growth analytics role, preferably within a fast-growing consumer company
- 2+ years as a manager or team lead with proven track record leading and developing a high performance team
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of marketing measurement and optimization framework (e.g. attribution, media mix modeling, incrementality tests)
- Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with data visualization and other modern data analytics platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Looker, dbt)
- Familiarity with digital and offline marketing channels.
- Experience with strategic partnerships, a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Strong problem-solving skills and capability to make data-driven recommendations in ambiguous situations
- Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
