Internal Communications Specialist

HP Indigo believes in the power of effective communication to foster a positive and productive work environment. We are seeking a talented and motivated employee to join our internal communications team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and synthesize relevant information to create impactful internal communications, such as newsletters, announcements, and company-wide updates.
• Enhance the promotional presence on social media, targeting both internal (employees) and external (customers, industry, potential employees, etc.) audiences.
• Develop creative and compelling stories tailored for various channels and mediums.
• Design engaging graphic content for diverse communication platforms using advanced tools, and support executive presentations, announcements, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization to ensure comprehensive coverage and alignment of all content.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, or a related discipline.
• 3+ of hands-on experience in communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in storytelling, graphic design, and content development.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
• Experience with social media and digital formats.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Preferred experience in photography, and video production.
