**Job Title: Senior Systems Administrator – Virtualization, Linux, and Storage Specialist**

**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator with a strong background in enterprise IT environments to join our team. This role will focus on virtualization, server management, storage systems, and Linux-based operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in VMware, Dell and HP servers, NetApp storage solutions, and Linux operating systems. Expertise in containerized platforms, monitoring solutions, and security compliance will also be beneficial. 

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Virtualization Management:**  

 - Oversee VMware environment, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.

 - Manage virtualized infrastructure across Dell and HP servers, performing installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

- **Storage Solutions:**  

 - Administer NetApp storage systems, performing configuration, monitoring, and regular maintenance.

 - Ensure data availability, integrity, and security for storage systems, addressing performance issues as they arise.

- **Linux Systems Administration:**  

 - Install, configure, and maintain Linux systems (Ubuntu, RHEL) to ensure high availability and performance.

 - Perform system monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal operational conditions.

- **Containerized and Orchestration Environments:**  

 - Install, configure, and operate Rancher clusters and Openshift platforms.

 - Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Docker containers in various environments.

- **Monitoring and Compliance:**  

 - Utilize Zabbix for proactive monitoring, setting up alerts and performance thresholds.

 - Ensure compliance with CIS security standards, applying best practices for system hardening.

**Qualifications:**

- **Technical Expertise:**  

 - Proficiency with VMware virtualization technologies.

 - Strong hands-on experience with Dell and HP server management.

 - In-depth knowledge of NetApp storage systems and storage management.

 - Advanced Linux administration skills, with specific expertise in Ubuntu and RHEL.

 - Skilled in deploying and managing container orchestration (Rancher, Openshift) and Docker.

- **Additional Skills:**  

 - Familiarity with CIS standards is an advantage.

 - Experience with Zabbix monitoring is a plus.

 - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

**Education and Experience:**  

- 5+ years of experience in systems administration, with a focus on virtualization, storage, and Linux environments.
