Cyber Security Integration Team Lead

We’re seeking an experienced, self-motivated Cybersecurity Integration Team Lead to join our Delivery department!

In this role, you’ll lead a team of Professional Services Engineers in delivering and implementing cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions for our clients.

We’re seeking someone with exceptional leadership skills and a deep technical understanding of systems administration. If you are passionate about leading teams and interested in cybersecurity, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Professional Services Engineers.
• Lead integration processes and new implementation requirements.
• Oversee the technical integration of new and existing cybersecurity platforms and products.
• Conduct end-to-end tests to validate integrations for product owner approval.
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of experience in at least one of the following: technical integration, systems administration, IT, or post-sales activities.
• 1-2 years of experience as a team leader or in any leadership role, whether current or past (not necessarily in a technical position).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Preferred: Experience in the cybersecurity industry
• Preferred: Experience with CyberArk, Forcepoint, or MFT products
• Preferred: Security clearance
