Head of Quality Management Division

ELTA's headquarters is looking for a Head of Quality Management Division.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the quality system in the division, establishing policy, managing, guiding, and controlling quality processes in development, production, integration, and customer service.
• Responding to key customer inquiries, and working with major subcontractors.
• Matrix management of quality managers, reliability engineers, and quality inspectors.
• Involvement in cross-organizational processes and providing comprehensive support to meet requirements from regulatory authorities and certification bodies in Israel and abroad.
• The position reports directly to the Division Director.

What We Are Looking For:

Mandatory Requirements:

• Israeli citizenship.
• Academic degree in engineering or exact sciences.
• At least 5 years of experience as a quality manager in a production organization in the defense/aerospace sector with an annual turnover of $200M or more and over 300 employees, OR at least 3 years as a quality manager and a minimum of 2 years as a business manager with a scope of $50M.
• Experience managing a team of at least 15 employees.
• Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Additional Criteria:

• Additional education in quality, reliability, or production.
• Experience working with internal and external clients.
