Logistics Buyer

Bynet Communications is hiring a Logistics Procurement Buyer to join our Procurement and Operations team!

What will your day look like?

• Coordinating and managing procurement orders for DELL suppliers, including full oversight from order approval to warehouse delivery, as well as handling the import process (customs clearance).
• Tracking and monitoring deliveries, including updating estimated arrival dates.
• Handling logistical support for defective products – coordinating returns, issuing credits, and export processes with DELL.
• Managing third-party shipments (drop shipments) from supplier to client.
• Providing ongoing service to internal customers and maintaining effective working relationships with suppliers.
• The role is primarily logistical with some commercial aspects, working on an ERP system and DELL’s WebIT platform.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a similar role – a strong advantage
• Familiarity with the DELL system – a strong advantage
• Experience in tactical procurement management – an advantage
• Experience with import/export processes – an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High level of English (reading, writing, and speaking)

The position is based at our offices in Ramat HaHayal, Tel Aviv.
