What will you do?

• Lead the infrastructure and DevOps domain at the company, manage several ICs and build up your team to handle a rapidly growing scale
• Design, implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines on multiple cloud providers
• Drive a comprehensive packaging, deployment and monitoring solution for our customer self-hosted offering that includes the right refactoring and abstractions in our products to work in both SaaS and self-hosted modes
• Design, develop and maintain a comprehensive IaC solution that is right sized for a small company and best suited for hyperscale growth
• Bring production observability and reliability to the next level for our SaaS offering and be part of defining and implementing an SLA strategy
• Be the custodian of our cloud environments looking for places to optimize and guard on costs, secure our perimeter and our assets and keep us compliant with SOC2 and other such frameworks with minimal friction to development velocity
  
  

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
• A minimum of three years of experience leading an infrastructure or DevOps team
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of at least Terraform and one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Bonus:
• Familiarity with machine learning pipelines, training, and serving in NLP or related fields is highly desirable
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant discipline
