Quality Assurance Manager

We’re seeking for experienced QA Manager with matrix management skills, to lead quality assurance across scrum teams,

ensuring rigorous testing standards and automation oversight. This role involves managing QA

processes, conducting quality reviews, and supporting automated testing strategies to maintain

product excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee QA activities, including manual and automated testing processes, ensuring high product quality.

Collaborate with development managers to set priorities and ensure QA alignment.

Guide and support QA team members in both manual and automated testing, with a focus on regression and release quality.

Supervise automation strategies, including testing frameworks, with a focus on Playwright.

Stay current with industry’s best practices and tools for QA and Automation.

Analyze test results and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high software quality.

Manage and prioritize automation tasks to meet project deadlines.

Requirements and Skills:

5+ years in QA management with automation experience and metrical management- Mandatory.

Proven ability to work cross-functionally, demonstrating excellent teamwork and influence.

Strong understanding of QA processes, including test management and release validation.

Experience with automation tools such as Cypress or Playwright.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Fluent in Hebrew and English.
