Tax Manager

An exciting opportunity is now open at the SodaStream International LTD Tax team.

We are looking for a Tax Manager to handle the SodaStream group's international, US tax, and Israeli tax aspects.

The Tax Manager will monitor local and international tax law changes to estimate the domestic and global impact and ensure correct planning, reporting, and disclosers, as relevant.

In addition, the Tax Manager will support the relationship with PepsiCo's personnel and external tax advisors, as well as compliance with PepsiCo's requirements and tax policies.

The tax Manager will be reporting to SodaStream's Head of Global Tax.

Primary Duties:

• Assisting in tax processes, planning strategy, tax incentives, structuring, transactions (M&A), intercompany agreements, tax audits, etc.
• Assisting in the examination and implementation of SST Group's TP policy and OECD/BEPS initiatives
• Lead and coordinate the TR in all global operational jurisdictions.
• Assisting in day-to-day global direct and indirect tax matters
• Support PepsiCo's requirements, correspondences, and tax policies
• Support relationships with external tax advisors and SST local markets (worldwide)
• Ensure tax regulations and best practices within assigned jurisdictions have fully complied
  
  

• Advocate and/or CPA from a tax department of Big 4, law firm, or large multinational
• 7+ years of practical experience
• Proven experience in Israeli, international, and transaction tax advisory, with an emphasis on providing tax consulting for multinational companies
• Experience in US GAAP Tax accounting - Advantage
• Excellent Excel and Office skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Fluent English
• Willing to learn, experience, and assist with a variety of tax matter
